Baker practiced law for nineteen years before he began a career as a business executive. He was a member of the board of directors for the Little Rock School District from September 1998 until August 2010. He served as the Little Rock School District Superintendent from May 2015 through June 2016. He currently works as an attorney and business consultant.
Frank Scott Jr.
Frank served as a state highway commissioner and on the board of directors for both the Little Rock Port Authority and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Arkansas. Frank has focused his professional career on giving back to the community, city, and state that has invested so much in him.
Warwick serves as the Senior Director, U.S. Programs at Winrock International, where he studies and implements programs aimed at helping rural America. He has also served as Director of Development for the William J. Clinton Foundation, and founded the Arkansas Regional Innovation Hub.
